Phoenix Surge CIC was created in response to a clear and urgent need to support female survivors of Gender Based violence and women facing life changing circumstances. As a Community Interest Company, our mission is to partner with our service users on their individual journeys to attain economic stability. We are dedicated to providing vulnerable women with access to coaching, mentorship, skill development, and job search support before and throughout their work life cycle. Every initiative we deliver is designed to benefit the community, promote resilience, and support sustainable personal and social development. We work collaboratively and inclusively to ensure that the voices of those we serve are central to everything we do. Phoenix Surge CIC is more than an organisation, it is a movement for growth, renewal, and collective strength.
Our Support Network.
The Support Network is a collaborative programme comprising beneficiaries, mentors, coaches, and corporate representatives. Its objective is to facilitate participants' achievement of their goals by offering structured emotional support, as well as personal and professional guidance.
